What Arca Mundi Is

Arca Mundi is an independent storytelling project: a collection of original moral tales published as short films, audio stories and written pages. The Site is informational — it sells nothing, has no user accounts, and requires no registration.

Ownership

All content on the Site and on Arca Mundi's official channels — stories, scripts, narration, music, artwork, video, and the Arca Mundi name and mark — is original work owned by Arca Mundi, unless stated otherwise. Narration and imagery are AI-generated, directed and edited by Arca Mundi.

You may watch, listen, read, and share links freely. You may not reproduce, republish, re-upload, redistribute, sell, or use our content to train machine-learning models, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.

Use of the Site

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure. Do not use the Arca Mundi name or mark to imply an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Third-Party Platforms

Our tales are also published on third-party platforms, among them YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, X and Bluesky. When you use those platforms, their terms and privacy policies apply, not ours. Links from the Site to any third-party service are provided for convenience and imply no endorsement.

Availability and Changes

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it — including published tales — at any time and without notice. We may also update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version.

No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arca Mundi makes no warranties of any kind regarding the Site, and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it, or from your inability to use it.
